Josh Cecil, President

Josh Cecil grew up in the northeast suburbs of Chicago. Prior to becoming a teacher he spent 10 years coaching and directing travel ice hockey programs in the Chicagoland area. Josh began his career teaching fourth grade at St. Bonaventure Indian Mission School. He moved to Yuma in 2011 and currently teaches 7th grade ELA at CTMS. Josh is extremely excited to be working with other amazing educators across Yuma County to help one another grow and improve in our quest to meet the needs of all kids in Yuma County and beyond.
Jessica Casey, Secretary

Mrs. Jessica Casey is a Yuma native and a product of public schools. Jessica has worked in schools across Yuma County for the past 14 years. She is currently a 6th grade teacher at Gowan Science Academy. Jessica is proud to be a part of the YES Board because she believes that all children deserve a world class education, and providing quality professional development to educators is a key step in making that a reality.
Eliana Osborn, Treasurer

Eliana Osborn has lived in Yuma since 1999, working as an English teacher at various levels. She’s married to another English teacher and has two bizarre children. Currently, Eliana works in grant writing and assessment development.
